Teak Wood Teak (Tectona grandis) is one of the most valuable timbers whose natural habitat only exists in a few countries such as India, Myanmar, Thailand and Lagos. We import teak from more than 30 countries such as Myanmar, Africa, Central and South America, and PNG. Logs, sills, sizes (raw or clear). We can provide structurally sound wood suitable for most uses. In India the trade name for teak is SAGWAN, in Burma KYUN and in Indonesia SAGUN.   Teak is the hardest, most durable and strongest of the hardwoods, making it the perfect material for outdoor furniture that lasts .
